My friends husband troubles after giving birth?

i had a baby 3 months ago me and my friend were pregnant at the same time. her daughter is now 1 month old. however she had to have a c section because her baby was breech and she had preeclampsia. she was very upset about the way her daughter came into the world and wasnt allowed to breasfeed or see her child for 2 days while recovering. after her and her husband got home he changed alot. he began saying it is her fault she had to have a c section, if she had eaten better that wouldnt have happened. (the high blood pressure) now she has lost every pound of baby weight because it was all baby. and he says she needs to lose weight because she is big. he said she has failed her daughter because she cant feed. she tried very hard but no milk. just putting her down in every way possible. he just got back from visitng family after 10 years of not seeing them. and his personality changed right after he got back a few days before the baby/. and keeps getting worse. she feels like .cont
