Virus on Vista! PLEASE HELP ME SOLVE IT! 10 Points!!!?

ok try this on your brothers pc. Go to Gmer.com this site specializes in rootkits which could be what you have. it is a free service to download. complete instructions come with download. They wiil tell you to run full scan, and by your indications you can only do this in safe mode, which may be a good thing if this nasty little bugger can be gotten rid of, save scan log and then email back to gmer to anaylize. they will contact you with results and possible solutions. If this is what you have in your pc it destroys programing and hardware. it creating a memory dump is what led me to this conclusion. Good luck with this one!!
