Anyone know of any private beaches on the east coast? The Delaware, Virginia Area? ?

We are hoping to find a nice beach area that is not so congested in June. We will also be visiting Washington D.C., so we would like to stay as close to there as possible. Thank you Soooooooo much!!!!!
