Criminal Past?

Okay my honest thought is Yes of course I want to know who what when where why! When it comes to my kids its best to know what they are around or who for that matter, so you can do your best to prevent a bad situation from happening. With the information I would keep it to the family or maybe a close friend that's kid is hanging out at that persons house. Depending on the criminal back ground I would decide if that environment was fit for my child or not. It also depends on how long the crime could have been too.
