Removing the smell of dog urine from grout? Bleaching of grout also?

My dog has soiled my kitchen grout continually, sometimes resulting it the urine sitting for hours. I previously used ammonia which I learned did not neutralize the odor but may have created more of a problem. I then read to use vinegar, not distilled but pure. I used distilled because I could not fine undistilled- this helped somewhat, but not completely. Any suggestions on removing the smell? I live in an apartment so Im trying to avoid problems when moving out. Also, the urine and ammonia bleached some of the grout. Would a stain fix this problem without looking like I obviously was covering something up (as far the complex inspection goes?) Are there any professional services for cleaning/resealing grout that may help?
