What does it mean when i have a dream and i die in it?

It was this cave exploration and my p.e coach was the leader. He wasn't supposed to bring us there and he got cought. One policeman came to shoot him, and he had one bullet. I grabbed my coaches hand and instead of him getting shot, i was killed with a bullet to my back. WHAT DOES THIS MEAN?
