What's your fondest memories of Waylon Jennings?

I got to see Waylon in person in 1965 and he had his brother Tommy Jennings in his band at the time. He was a very clean cut fellow at the time with no long hair or beard. He had one song at the time "Anita You're Dreaming" He put on a good show and I really thought he had potential and lo and behold a few years after that he came on strong. I saw him years later at a concert and his appearance was much different but he could still sing the daylights out of a song. I always admired the way he stood up for what he believed when it came to the record company big shots.So sad that he ped away.
