You should talk to him, get to know him with simple questions such as what he like and etc. When he turns and positions his leg towards you this normally means he wants to engage in a conversation but he most likely is too shy to say anything much like how you are in this cirstance. Does this mean he likes you maybe or maybe not you cant be certain unless you engage and talk.
