Which would you do? (Online schooling or Banquet?)?

Okay, well I have a choice to do Online Schooling for the rest of this year, and I have a choice to stay in public school and go to my 8th Grade Banquet.. I have no one to go with, so...and anyways, I need to save up money anyways for like a car when I'm 16 because my parents said they didnt wanna buy me one.. btw, it costs like 80+ to get the dress for the Banquet.. Which would you chose?
