NCIS Question...... Abby's Farting Hippo?

Where can you get a cheap farting hippo like Abby's Bert from NCIS? I have already looked on www.fartinghippo.com and that guy is a flipping rip off! Does anyone know anywhere else I could find one? Or any other type of farting animal?
