The best thing is to just delete your bulk mail every day without opening it. If you don't open them you will get fewer of them as time goes by. Don't try to block all of them because you will have to open them. You will never stop all of them but you can get less.

I have 3 bills from Zimbabwe and 1 from I believe is the Czech (is that how you spell it?) Republic and I would like to know if I can convert them to American dollars. They total around 80.00 so banks will not do the exchange since it is less than 150.00. I tried the usps and they said they did not offer that service. Toothed predator fish?

Actually you can own a Snakehead.Just not legally.Ive seen over 20 of them just this past summer in a James River estuary.Then again i killed the ones i could catch.They are killing off the habitat where i live and do nothing but eat "everything" in existance .I dont like these fish because they eat the baby game fish,that i fish for.Like b,brim,and blue catfish.

My friends husband troubles after giving birth?

i had a baby 3 months ago me and my friend were pregnant at the same time. her daughter is now 1 month old. however she had to have a c section because her baby was breech and she had preeclampsia. she was very upset about the way her daughter came into the world and wasnt allowed to breasfeed or see her child for 2 days while recovering. after her and her husband got home he changed alot. he began saying it is her fault she had to have a c section, if she had eaten better that wouldnt have happened. Why am I emotionally abusive?

I am in therapy now and I still don't know why I am the way I am. My boyfriend recently broke up with me because I was very verbally abusive to him and I would say the meanest thing in the world to him. I never meant it though. I just would say it to hurt him. Now that the relationship is over, I have so much guilt. I can get past the relationship is over because we were too different and couldn't get along, however, I can't seem to shake this guilt. I feel so worthless and deeply saddened by it. I don't know what to do or think anymore. My therapist told me that he wasn't good for me because he enabled me to do the abuse and that is more reason why the relationship wouldn't work. He would sit there and take it and not say anything. With all that said, I still can't help but to feel guilty everyday. What should I do? I know I don't want to be with him. But what can I do to finally move on? Just ignore people who try to make you feel guilty for wanting a more traditional name. Look at it like this...your child will be filling out job applications one day and right or wrong if a potential employer can't even pronounce the name on the application they are NOT going to be called for an interview. ok try this on your brothers pc. Go to Gmer.com this site specializes in rootkits which could be what you have. it is a free service to download. complete instructions come with download. They wiil tell you to run full scan, and by your indications you can only do this in safe mode, which may be a good thing if this nasty little bugger can be gotten rid of, save scan log and then email back to gmer to anaylize. they will contact you with results and possible solutions. If this is what you have in your pc it destroys programing and hardware. it creating a memory dump is what led me to this conclusion. Good luck with this one!!

I'm really worried about my friend?

My Tan Won't Fade Away?

I am white, like pretty pale, but since i have been tanning since i was about four, my forearms upper knees, and thighs are tanner than the rest of my body and they never fade! wth? personally i like pale skin cuz it matches me better but it looks weird cuz when i wear shorts my skin is darker than them. theyre the light jeans. anyway it looks etarded. If you are going to do this all in 30 days and plan to spend 12 of those days in Paris and Germany (plus travel time between a lot of these countries will wipe out another 3-4 days), you will only have about 15 days to see all of the other places. Being a very frequent world traveler, I suggest just choosing one or two of these places - you'll barely see any of one country in 15 days, much less 6 of them - ESPECIALLY if you are travelling overland (I've travelled from Istanbul to Prague via Bulgaria, Romania, Hungary and Austria and it took 5 weeks and I felt I barely got a feel for any of the places!). Plus, some of the countries you list are extremely difficult to get visas for (specifically Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan and Iran). If I were you, I'd ume at least 5-7 days per country, and go from there. You'll get a lot more out of it. Good luck!

The lesson here is persistence. Many teachers will do a statistical breakdown of their exams in order to make sure that all of the questions are fair and need not be thrown out, but that's something I didn't encounter until university (although that may be becoming more prevalent in community college, but I don't know). Do the best you can this semester, and study like mad for the final, and if you need to retake it, do so, perhaps over a summer semester so it's quicker AND WITH A DIFFERENT INSTRUCTOR. Believe me, there are times when there is no other professor available for a particular course, and that's when you feel like your back's against the wall for sure, but you need to land on your own two feet. College is not all about books, it's really about seeing if a person is persistent enough to deal with the bulls**t that it takes to get through.

Removing the smell of dog urine from grout? Bleaching of grout also?

My dog has soiled my kitchen grout continually, sometimes resulting it the urine sitting for hours. I previously used ammonia which I learned did not neutralize the odor but may have created more of a problem. I then read to use vinegar, not distilled but pure. I used distilled because I could not fine undistilled- this helped somewhat, but not completely. Any suggestions on removing the smell? I live in an apartment so Im trying to avoid problems when moving out. Also, the urine and ammonia bleached some of the grout. Would a stain fix this problem without looking like I obviously was covering something up (as far the complex inspection goes?) Are there any professional services for cleaning/resealing grout that may help?

I brought my Buell lightning xb9s to a harley dealership to get checked out after I bought it from a man on craigslist. I told them to look it over and when they called me they said that the spark plug was cracked and that it needed to be replaced. They said because they dont make buell anymore that getting a part would take up to a week. Im new to motorcycles and this Buell is my first bike but my question is, a week for a spark plug? he said they wrapped it with something and that it should be fixed for a while but needs to be replaced still, but I would need to take it to a Buell dealership. but my question is, is that right? If you spend time with these girls outside of school, you probably don't want to let them go because you hate being alone and always need somebody around to ease the lonely feeling. These girls are not real friends and obviously are very immature and insecure. Spend time getting to know the girls you spend your recess with and invite them out as a way to get to know them. Usually people are a lot different to how they behave at school. You don't need people like this in your life because it will only make you feel worse about yourself, just like how these girls want.

Ignore a tantrum? or help the child calm down?

Sometimes I do the same thing with my three year old. I used to ignore them, but he seems so emotionally upset at times. If it just emotional I'll hug him. If it's he will go to time out or if really out of control he goes to his room. I want him to know he is loved when he needs love. The teaching of course comes after the melt down.

My father's parents were both under 5'5 and had 8 kids who were taller than both of them. My great grandmother was 4'7. We get taller with each generation, but I'm sure it has to do with the fact that when we reproduce, we choose a tall partner. Not hard, as everyone is taller. The shortest female in my generation is 5'2. If I were you, I'd be more concerned with weight than height. Don't let yourself get too thin. It makes everything more difficult.

I agree with waiting with those who have said waiting two weeks would be best. There are some women though who do get results up to 10 days past ovulation. If you just tell them you have it and explain what it is a little, like how it affects you, I'm sure they'll be really understanding and they'll support you. Some will support you more than others, probably, but I don't think anyone will tell you you're crazy because you have that. It'll probably help them understand you a little more. They'll be able to help you through the times when it's really hard on you. Good luck with it.

First of all, I know you probably aren't a doctor, and, even if you were, you'd need to see the man to be sure of the problem. I am trying to get him to go to the doctor...but so far I'm not progressing well on the point. He's recently started a new job cleaning up and chopping up fallen trees from a bad storm we had a few weeks ago. He's in between jobs right now, so he hadn't been experiencing a lot of regular hard labor 'til now. He's in a lot of pain, very swollen, he has shooting pains down his legs which make his toes tingle and he is beyond fatigued. He is able to do the work but by the time he gets home, he's so tired he's sick and unable to function. Neither of us think this is a normal reaction. I except that soreness and a little swolleness might happen in the advent of sudden work, but he's puffing up like a cotton ball and he's absolutely miserable with pain. He's always hurting a little, even before he began working this job, and I'm very concerned. He feels he must take this job because he hasn't been able to find another. Any ideas? I will continue to try to get him to the doctor but please help if you can.

You can change it but they only allow so many people in a month for each MOS which means that you might have to wait longer or might go sooner. But be sure that your recruiter cant stop you from changing it i changed mine a total of three times before i left. Its just more paper work for the recruiter. And you can change it up to the day that you actually leave for boot camp and you will realize that when you go to MEPS again on that morning of your flight to boot. Kids are online more than ever too much of the time with less physical activity. Parents both working with kids having to fin for themselves much of the time when it comes to meals or snacks. This subject has so many sides to address. Are we going back to a society that the longevity of our citizens will revert back to people dying in the 40s and 50s due to strokes and heart disease if this keeps up with our youth? Who's at fault? Parents not setting better examples? Fast Food Chains? Less exercise in school programs? Children are at risk, how can we control this quite shocking fact that are kids are in such terrible physical condition? I'm not a neat freak, I'm actually normal. I am educated in OCD. I know what it is, and I understand what your going through. I had psychology cl in college, and what I know OCD is bad.
